Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026 · WireFrame OS Holdings LLC

This Privacy Policy explains how WireFrame OS Holdings LLC ("WireFrame," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use WireFrame(OS) — our software platform and this website (together, the "Service"). WireFrame(OS) is a business tool; we collect what is needed to run it, and we do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, company name, role, and login credentials when you create an account or are invited to one.

Project content — the material you and your counterparties put into the platform: briefs, photographs, drawings, quotes, prices, messages, files, meeting notes, and the event-log entries generated as you work.

Billing information — your subscription plan and billing history. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. We keep only the card brand and last four digits for display, as provided by Stripe.

Website messages — if you use the contact form on wireframeos.com, we receive the name, email, and message you submit.

Technical basics — standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated by our hosting providers to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the Service (accounts, projects, the shared record), process subscription payments through Stripe, respond to messages, secure the platform against abuse, and improve how the product works. We send transactional emails about your account and projects; we do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. The shared record

WireFrame(OS) is built around a durable, append-only project record shared between the participants of each project. Content you contribute to a project is visible to that project's authorized participants according to the platform's visibility rules (for example, a supplier's internal pricing notes are not shown to buyers, and vice versa). Because the record is tamper-evident by design, entries are retained rather than deleted; canceling a subscription pauses features but keeps the record readable to its participants.

4. Optional AI features

Certain analysis features send project data to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) for processing — for example, an optional deep review of a production run. These features are off by default. They run only after an account owner explicitly turns them on, and that consent is recorded. When off, project data is not sent to AI providers.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers needed to run the Service: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, and — only when explicitly enabled — the AI provider described above. Each provider receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected data). We do not sell personal information to anyone.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses cookies for signing in and keeping your session secure, and your browser's local storage for interface preferences (such as which notices you have dismissed). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, access controls between accounts, and a tamper-evident event log. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Data retention

Account information is kept while your account exists. Project records are retained as described in Section 3, because the shared record is the product's core promise to both sides of a project. Website contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.

9. Your rights

You may access and update your account information in the Service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to the retention described above (entries in a shared project record may be retained where required for the integrity of other participants' records or by law). To make a request, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International users

We are based in the United States and process information there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice through the Service or by email before it takes effect. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
